We had a large party so expected some delays but we had to wait on thing that should have been brought with the meals. Can't eat something if you don't have the utensils. Also the flavor or some of the food I usually enjoy were nowhere near what they should be. Steak tasted like someone had dumped salt on it and the soup I don't even now what happened there.

I love our Red Lobster in Alton. The manager, Regina, has been there for many years and continues to make it a special place to dine. The servers are all well trained and friendly. If anyone asks me for lunch, they automatically know my choice!!!Keep up the good work.

Great Service.......delicious drinks and food. We were very satisfied with our visit. The Coconut Shrimp and Sauce is excellent. Our Waitress even gave us extra sauces to take home for our leftovers. Red Lobsters Bartender knows how to make a drink. ðŸ¹ðŸ¤ðŸ

My family loves this location! We get the same server every time by request because she is always so attentive and pleasant. We have a two year old and having a server like her who happily interacts with my little makes the experience so much less stressful. The food is always great, hot and fresh coming out and I cant recall ever getting the wrong order here.

I ordered fried fish family size and pasta linguini family size. It came with EIGHT biscuits! It was really good, but expensive. $60 Delivery was fast too!

We had a great experience here. My family and I stopped by for a late dinner. The food was very good, our server was on top of things, and the place was clean. Just a bit of a heads up, I usually end up waiting here every time we stop. I wish they would take reservations. Other than that, I would recommend it!
