Very friendly staff, delicious foods

Food was good, staff were extremely professional and polite. The only critique I would give this restaurant is that I wish they had the toilet seat covers in the bathroom and to fix the automatic flusher for the toilet. Otherwise my experience there was good. I would definitely go back there again and recommend this place.

Came here for lobster fest and it did not disappoint. The Maine lobster was well prepared and not over seasoned. The sides of shrimp and veggies was also very good.Only reason it’s not a 5 star was due to slow service. Upon arriving with a reservation from open table we waited nearly 20 minutes to be seated. Once seated waited another 10 minutes to be attended.

Good family time... good customer service... great waiterI had the lobster poor boy go to lunch portion.... tasty... satisfying

Create your own ultimate feast was very tasty and drinks were good. Servers were very attentive.

The 10-minute wait turned into a 30-minute wait because they were short-staffed...hmmm the food was decent my mother loves the crab there but the place is dismal. It is severely in need of an update and it is so dark and gloomy. Makes you wonder if they are keeping it dark intentionally so you don't see things.

Food was very good; but place needs a major overhaul and cleansing. Service could have been a bit more attentive.Update: I have been back several times, food has been great and a good value. Service has improved.Keep up.the good work!

I Love LobsterFest. Don't get there every time but we did this one. Lobster Overboard was Fantastic!

Service is good.Wish they have some spicy flavors in the fried food section, like some Cajun powder for shrimp because everything tasted bland.

My grandma loved the food and the gentleman was a great help taking the phone order. However, if I called the Bridgewater location's phone number please do not ask me to confirm that I'll be picking the order up in New Mexico!!

The Blackened Salmon w/shrimp was cooked perfectly, the waiter was highly professional. Red lobster is kickin' it these days.

You can never go wrong with Red Lobster. The ultimate feast is my go to. The server was friendly and fast.

The best crab legs and biscuits I've ever had. Service was a bit lacking (forgetting quite a bit and having to remind like a nut cracker for breaking shells,) but overall amazing.

The waitress was great, food was okay but the place was dirty. I never saw so much dust in a restaurant. And I was there when it was slow so there was staff just sitting around - I wanted to tell them each to grab a rag and get to work
