Red Lobster

Only gave a 1 because there was not a 0 waited 3 hours and it was still cold and they cannot count got 30 shrimp instead of 32 to feed 4 people the managers put me on hold 45 min ANF me rd came back will not recommend will not return

We had a very nice date night out! We arrived just before 6:00 pm. In time for appetizers, happy hour and a meal deal. Our food was hot and fresh, quick service except for my hubby's beer but it couldn't be helped as the keg ran out, they did however give him a free half glass or more (whatever they could get out) to appease him while he waited for the next one. The only thing I would say was missing was that there wasn't much butter on the biscuits. Something was missing. But other than that it was great! Oh and the manager came over to check on everyone and had a nice chat with her! Very friendly and from NY, like us!

Power Bowl was full of veggies and 2 skewers of nice shrimp. Added a fully loaded potato and had lunch for 2 seniors. Our friends did the same. We both enjoyed and felt healthy.

Standard good quality of service and food. Canto-speaking waiter available which can be a plus to some.

Your staff was Zalene she was really super nice and enthusiastic. The food took only some time, biscuits,entrees and the dessert was delicious we had really great time there.

My wife and I had it is a very enjoyable dinner at Red Lobster in Kissimmee Florida Saturday January 11th 2020. Our server Stephanie was tremendous she allowed us to enjoy our dinner with no pressure. We even asked if we could ask for her the next time we go. And I am delightful to say she said yes.

I had the Seaside Sampler and the Yucatan Tilapia and Shrimp. Both were very good. Service is excellent. The place is clean, enjoys great location. Thank you.

Great experience from the hostess to the server. Brandon gave great customer service and was very patient with our large group. Thank you for taking the lobster out to show the kids, they really enjoyed that.

Quick service by a friendly server. Food average to poor. No taste to biscuits or salmon. Also too much broccoli.

I've always been a fan of Red Lobster aside from the amazing cheddar biscuits the prices are very fair. I would opt for beer if you're a drinker I ordered a Mai Tai and it tasted like an expensive glass of juice the server Camile was very responsive and took my drink back to the bartender and it was corrected immediately. The food came out fast and the temperature was perfect! I will definitely return to Red Lobster over and over.One of my favorite places to eat!
