Red Lobster

The service was very good. The place had a pleasant atmosphere. I was able to get a table almost immediatly.The portions and food was good .

We had lunch at Red Lobster today. I love going there. Shrimp is my favorite. I had shrimp alfredo (the white sauce was so creamy), potato bacon creamy soup, salad, and a brownie w/ice cream. Oh so good. You picked 4 things off the list. We ate at the bar and they were pretty busy. The only thing was there was cold air blowing down on us. Otherwise the bartender was friendly and we were served in a timely manner. Will go back again.❤

Good selection of sea food items at an affordable price. Lunch specials are good. Drinks are good. Service staff is helpful.

Was a fun experience for the 8 year old. Our server was ok but the lady who delivered our food was awesome. She took the time to teach us how to work with the seafood.

Wonderful food, as always. But, the problem is the place needs more staff ! Had a 45 minute wait for a table (this was at 11:00 on a Wednesday. ) The place had maybe 1/4 full.) Tried to go last week for dinner and was told it would be over an hour. We left after a 2 hour wait! Gave the place 5 stars for the great food , but giving it 0 stars for the service. This place is going to close, too bad.

I don't like loving Red Lobster...if I want high end seafood I expect to pay for it but I never think I'm going to get it at Red Lobster...I did at the East Town location today. Great food, great service from Becky, only problem was not food related. All of 10 tables were used at a late lunch and the management decided to put everyone next to each other instead of spreading everyone out. I (unfortunately) heard lots of conversations!

I had the sirloin steak. It was excellent. The peppercorn seasoning with the face potato was excellent. Love the biscuits with the garlic. Must try

Such consistently good food and service! We don't go often, because we live on the west side. Maybe twice a year, but I love that the classics are always as delicious as expected. That makes trying the new dishes much more exciting because you know the quality will be there. Also, the service is consistent. Which is almost a miracle in this day and age with seemingly everyone "Now Hiring".

My husband and I had a gift card that we use from Christmas and we love Red Lobster but we only go when we get gift cards because otherwise it's a really expensive but other than that the food is good and the cheddar biscuits are awesome as well as our server was really good too we will be back

A bit disappointed at the presentation of the food. Looked like they forgot to put something on the empty area on the plate. Otherwise, the food was good, as usual.

Really horrible experience. We had a reservation for our group at 8:30 pm, and we were not seated until 9:40. Everyone in my party was a server as well, so we normally have a lot of patience for restaurants, but this experience was unacceptable. We waited almost another 20 minutes for a server to even come to our table. The servers finally decided who was going to take our table, and they were nice, but not attentive at all. We had to flag down other servers 3 times to get service. Even then, there were still several things missing or messed up. Good food, but terrible service. Definitely won't be returning. Not even sure why it was so bad, because it wasn't even busy.

I have to say I've had better meals there. For what you pay portions seem to be getting smaller. We had a fantastic waitress though.

Nice environment, waitress was very helpful, patient, and polite. Food was plentiful and tasty.

This restaurant is my favored. I visit a lot of restaurants but to this place I keep coming back again and again. The stuff is very friendly and the food they place on your table is so yummy. I am always happy to have a nice dinner in this place. Highly recommended.
