Red Lobster

Server was wonderful. I believe his name was dereck. Rest of the staff was great all worked together great and took care of me and my husband and made our anniversary very special. This is a great place and would recommend it to anyone wanting to havea date night or celebrate ur anniversary or birthday..

This location is sticky & smelly. It just seems like it needs a power washer taken to it. However every time I've been there the wait staff has been super friendly & attentive & the food has been good. Last night they were short handed & a bit busy. 3 different people waited on us in perfect harmony, the bar tender, the kitchen manager & a waitress. They didn't miss a beat. We did the crab fest, snow & Dungeness. They were the best crab legs I've had in years!

Well everyone Red Lobster on West 38th Street is the lobster to go to the management has changed the service has changed a lot of the people that were in there before have changed the services quite magnificent and the food is even better depending on what you order you going there after Seafood please only order seafood and not stay in our chicken or the seafood cuz that's what their specialty is and you will have a better dining experience with me seafood experience then a mixture of something that they don't really are the heads up. I'll just head formation does you without hope you're down there and have a pleasant dining experience like I just had.

3rd Valentine's Day and they did not disappoint!!! We are very happy and full

Food was good as always! Service really really sucked. Long wait for sauces, wrong food in one case, appetizers came with the food, for the price the service should be much better.

I liked the service, my food came out real fast. Overall, it was a great experience.

Nothing special. Very clean dining room and very friendly staff. Food is what you would expect from a red lobster. I left satisfied and full of cheddar biscuits.

The dishes are great! Staff was on time with everything.

Waiter was very efficient and courteous. Most of our meals (3 of 4) came out cold. He was quick to fix and apologetic. Kitchen needs supervision.

Called to make a reservation and was told I did not need one but when I arrived and asked for a booth, I had to wait 15 minutes because of a server not being available... ✋🏽 that's what I was told.Other than that, our dinner was great! My daughter didn't like the kids lobster tail but what else is new?
