Red Lobster

Good Food, service was great although i had a to-go order. Just a little upset because i ordered an Atlantic Salmon with rice and broccoli as my sides and there was only about 4 pieces of broccoli and i only had ONE salmon when they were suppose to be two. It’s my fault because i didn’t check my food before leaving, but it’s their fault as well for not knowing that my order came with two salmons and not ONE!

I had a great time today my birthday became Joyful after Marie and her team did a outstanding job with my bday song. Thank you team for a great experience with y'all for my birthday. That's why I love this Red lobster

We went as a party of four waiting on to to arrive. The staff immediately set us and the largest booth and when our guests arrived they were promptly seeded.The staff knew their menu they knew everything that went with each meal.They had wonderful dessert suggestions

The food and service was top notch. This location was hands down the best Red Lobster I've ever been to. I have always felt Red Lobster is a bit more expensive than it should be but this time it was almost worth the price. If youth go to any Red Lobster in Jax

The service was absolutely amazing. Christina was our waitress and she deserves a raise or something. She was running all over the place to serve all kinds of people and she really works for her money. She's the one that will be on the front page of a five star restaurant kitchen team. If she reads this just know that she has done an outstanding job, I'm definitely coming back for some more!!

Average at best... Always, fondly, remember the good old days of Red Lobster... Not after this... I've traveled extensively throughout the world and tried many places to eat. A lesson I've learned and can safely relay to you (specially if you live in a coastal city): try your local seafood restaurants. I guarantee that you will find better food than this...

Great service. My waitress was awesome! Very attentive! The food was great! Bar Harbor Lobster Bake! To me the best thing in the menu. Always get the Alfredo sauce on the side to add to it!

Well, it was the last day they were open to the public. In fact we were the last patrons of the establishment in the dining room. We had great service, good food and just a really nice " last meal" in public.

Food was amazing! I had no problem there. The soup was a bit salty, we notified our server and she took care of it by not charging us for it. Great Service overall would come back here again! Also, they make great tasting Piña colada's.

The service was quick and friendly. The wall next to our table booth had caked on dirt and grime. The coconut shrimp was very good and the New Orleans shrimp was excellent. The crab cakes were thin as a pancake, small, dry, and flavorless. The rice pilaf was dry and flavorless also. Kinda hit it miss on quality and the cleaning standards need an over haul.

We hadn't been to Red Lobster for a few years because of the dismal downturn in the quality of their food and service. My husband and I decided to give them one more try because we were really wanting to have some tasty lobster at a reasonable price and casual dining. We were excitedly surprised to find that the quality of their food had taken a total turn around and their service was excellent! We had the combination of Rock Lobster and Main Lobster which was fresh and delicious. We brought home the third lobster item from our order which was a wonderful combination of lobster and shrimp in a creamy alfredo sauce. Their cheese biscuits were even better than they used to be! We will certainly start coming back like we used to!
