First time seated in the main dining area at this location. Slow service flow. Lovely waitress may have needed more support. Food was major bland ordered salad, shrimp alfredo and cheesecake with strawberry topping? Arrived two hours before evening plans and we missed them. Manager promptly tried resolve it for us.

Our daughter had just flown in from across country. She chose Red Lobster at the Legends for lunch. Our family of 4 waited 20 minutes after being sat before drink orders. Our son and my husband had tried to get us some attention to no avail. Our son ended up leaving. Our server was Allison, she made no effort to save our already bad experience. She did not remember to bring sweetener for teas or tools for crab legs. Allison made herself pretty invisible. Our crab legs were cold and not edible. The Manager did not visit our table. By far the worst dining experience we have had at this Red Lobster, go to the Metcalfe location in Overland Park KS instead.

Way too pricey! They raised the prices and now use paper napkins? There are plenty of other places that serve great seafood.

2/15 dollars special is a great addition to the menu. Biscuits delicious as always along with great service. I will return!

I would like to be able to give a 3.5. The place was well staffed. We arrived at 5 o'clock and there was already a 45 minute wait. We hung at the bar and ended up only being half an hour. The server, Bryan, was fantastic. Took our orders right away in the food came out in a timely manner. Food quality was so so. Exactly what one would expect from a chain restaurant.

Service was fine - our waiter was nice and attentive. Food was fine. However, we’ll never be back to this location. 30+ minute wait for a restaurant that was 2/3 empty. Tables sat unbussed all around us. As I sat there I remembered it being the same the last time we were there a year ago. In short, staffing issues that continue to go unaddressed. If I want a 2 hour dinner I’ll go elsewhere...and will be.Edit: Despite the appearance of caring, I did reach out as requested in the reply, yet 10 days later have yet to hear anything back. Tells you all you need to know about this place.

This Red Lobster is consistently pleasing. From the fresh food to great customer service, I'm never disappointed. They should always have atleast 3 bartenders on the weekend though...one to make table order drinks and 2 to tend the actually sitting at the bar customers. It's full service at the bar so our one poor bartender was running in every direction. And she did an amazing job... Shout Out to Tiffany! 💫

Unfortunately, we ended up here later than planned (930) and had an unpleasant time. The table we were seated at had not been properly cleaned, full crab legs shells and the seats had visible crumbs. The tables around us had not yet been bussed, and the place was empty, except for two other families. The waitress was not in a hurry with drinks or biscuits. My wife was shorted a shrimp in her scampi the baked potatoes were not cooked enough and I was still looking at this filthy table across from me. We did enjoy the taste of our food. Just sub par experience, would not return to this location again.

Amanda was our Server, she went out of her way to take care of us! Helping tie my husband Bib and peppering his Soup! We're both disabled and she made our Date Night, RELAXING & ENJOYABLE, thank you Amanda, will request you again!!!

Fantastic service that night. He was very attentive without being pushy. Would have rated higher but they had a 45 minute wait when there were 12-25 visibly open tables that they were not seating....

I give them 1 star because, they messed up my order twice! And I asked to speak with the manager so u could have a proper order, and the lady ( I didn’t catch her name ) had an attitude with me just because I wanted to see her manager. To me that’s no way to treat a paying customer. They also had bad service, the wait was about 30 mins, when me and my family had called and asked for them to set up a table, in advance! If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would :)

Our RL experience last night was truly disappointing. Tough over cooked shrimp. This years new shrimp flavors were horrible. Biscuits were cold and hard. On a positive note our waitress was very nice and informative although she had to many tables. $100.00 later it was a bomb!

They do not offer a buffet. They do have all you can eat shrimp from time to time though.

With the exception of the Times Square location, Red Lobster is closed only two days of the year: Thanksgiving and Christmas. They also close at 8pm on Christmas Eve.
