Red Lobster

Almost a perfect experience. The staff and food can make you look pass the one major flaw of this establishment. The building needs some TLC. The servers are so friendly, funny and thoughtful. The food comes quickly and is cooked to perfection. However, once this location gets renovated, it will be a perfect restaurant in a perfect location.

What an experience, definitely a must go! The best food I've had in my trip to NY.The reception was bad, not welcoming at all.The rest of the service was amazing, very patient and polite.The food is incredible, I have no words. The portions are huge too, done dishes easily serve 2 people.

This location is super busy. We were able to get a table for two very quickly. There are three levels of seating. Our server was super nice. Food and drinks were quick. Their choices in seafood combos are varied. Our server made a mistake with our order and we got a free desert to make up.

So the waitresses being on top of me and even commenting on how quiet I was was nice. I love the bar section and how you can just get your food and leave when it's just you. The only down side is you need to climb a few stairs to go to the bathroom. My one wish would be they add king crab legs to the menu. I miss eating those.

felt like it was overpriced. spent almost $90 for 2 people and it was just 2 dishes and 2 lemonade drinks. I guess the lobster and steak cost a lot, but it’s really not worth it. however, service was top notch. the waiter was very informative about the wait time and made us feel comfortable with some small talk. wouldn’t go back again just because there’s cheaper eats that give way more food

In times like this I was hoping that this location was more organized. Why are you taking orders and do not have enough employees to fully function to do the pick up with the time posted online. If you order ahead be prepared to wait for over 2 hour’s FYI.

It's red lobster. Love the cheddar biscuits. Like that they have a 3 course dinner with set price

This place is my favored. I visit a lot of restaurants but to this restaurant I go the most. The stuff is very cordial and the cuisine they place on your table is so tasty. I never decline to have a decent meal here. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Had a great experience there. This was the second time I went and it was with the whole family along with my best friend and his family. The place is huge with 2 floors and a pretty layout that's warm and appealing. I prefer a darker lighting style but that's because we were 8 people and couldn't fit in the side booths that are a little more private. Nevertheless the food did not come out cold, it was just as the waitress explained it to me and everyone was very satisfied with the food! Will recommend it to anyone.

Great service and attendants. Food a bit salty but otherwise a nice place to meet and eat.

I have a great memory associated with this restaurant. This was my first time visiting New York and Times Square. Absolutely loved the fries and the seafood. I would love to go back here and try more of the things in the menu. Highly recommended.

I love red lobster went here with my wife and we enjoyed ourselves. When we arrived we was checked in our names for our table, We got our table fast less then 10 mins, they have an elevator and stairs we went to the second floor and was seated, the waitress was nice she took our order fast. We order lobster shrimp rolls and sweet chili shrimp, and red wine. Everything was fresh and cooked well. The cost was reasonable for what we ordered. I will be back again!

I was seated right away. Eric was a very gracious waiter. The place was clean. Nice music in the background.

The food is just amazing. Tried their ultimate feast(shrimp, lobster and scallops )mussels and harvest roasted vegetables. Out of the world ! Can’t believe we hadn’t been there yet. The food in their TV commercials turns me off but the experience was totally opposite. Receptionist could have been a bit welcoming - but considering this place is in the Times Square and the food is so great - who cares ! Our server was very attentive and her recommended beverage the Bahama Mama was great. The place was busy and we had to wait a bit for the food to arrive but she kept bringing extra servings of biscuits which were yummy.
