Red Lobster

The food is good, the service is good, the only improvement would be quicker time from ordering to getting your meal.

Food was fresh and good. Portions of the crab were smaller than normal on two plates. Service was good also.. would have been 5 stars but 3 small crab legs just doesn't get it..

I ordered the Lobster Roll from the appetizer menu. It was so amazing. The lobster and shrimp was cooked perfectly, soft roll. Most definitely ordering again.

It was awesome and our waitress Taylor H went above and beyond for us..

The three bartenders were avsolutely amazing superb food and service we had a great time :) thank you for the lovely evening cause it was so busy cause we went the day after Valentines day. ❤

Monday night our family gathered to celebrate my husband's birthday. He wanted seafood so Red Lobster is the #1 choice...we always have great seafood and great service there. I had baked a cake for hubby's birthday and took it along for dessert but sadly I dropped it trying to get in the front door ! So embarrased to have made such a mess but they would not let me clean it up...they took care of everything ! After much apologizing we were seated and began to order dinner when manager Robert came out bringing a cake ! He said they didn't want our celebration to be ruined ! We were so surprised and thankful for their thoughtfulness....that was customer service to the max ! Thank you Robert and staff for a great dinner and dessert !

Even with it being a busy Valentine's day we had a nice experience. They were out of a few core things that you go to for Red lobster also was not the freshest at the bar. All staff was very friendly.

Had an enjoyable lunch date with my ten year old daughter here. The waiter was very polite, patient, helpful and kind. The food was good and the smoothies outstanding. We’ve even went back just for smoothies since.

The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The was great over all. It was my birthday dinner and I had the lobster feast I had the butter poached lobster, it was ok but I wished I had chosen the lobster tail instead. The rest was excellent!

Good meal today but the Ultimate Sure & Turf wasn't as large of a platter as expected!

All of the waiters & staff did an amazing job and was very friendly! The food came out soon after ordering, and the food was warm and delicious! Also the bartender makes heavenly drinks! 5 stars!

I usually really like the food at Red Lobster but the surf and turf is not one of them. For 36.99 I got dry 2 dry 2.5 " rock lobster pcs and 3 dry steak medalluons, although the bake potato was pretty good. I will go back but not for this.

Just did a doordash from this Red Lobster and got my customer’s food from the “General Manager” that filled the order himself, yet my customer’s food was not in the bag. Went back in to get my customer’s correct order that he paid for and proceeded to get a speech from the “manager” that I need to check at the counter in front of him next time. Next time I hope I will never have to deal with the staff here again much less even come here again. What a disappointment in any customer service period.

I received a red lobster gift card for christmas, I really don't care for sea food, I might venture to eat a piece of capt. D's. But my wife likes it very well, so when we went I was not expecting to find much(and if you don't eat sea food you shouldn't expect to find much) but what I did find, was very good. It was maple glazed chicken, grilled chicken breast covered in a maple glaze. It comes with your choice of two sides, I had a baked potato and broccoli, and it was absolutely delicious, and btw they now have hot wings on the menu also, I brought some home to my 9yo and she very much approved.
