I placed a to go order nearly 2 hours ago. Been sitting in the parking lot over an hour. They won't answer any of my questions. They won't answer the phone. Completely unprofessional. If the wait time was going to be this long they could have said that initially and then maybe I would have waited 2 hours to go up there. I was deceptively told that it would only take 30 minutes. Not only have they been wasting my time with the hope that the food will be ready soon they havent even offered to compensate for this great inconvenience. Not to mention I already paid for my meal.

Customer service is not good. Walked in and there was no host to greet or seat us. Stood there for 10 minutes while the bartender and other waiter staff walked by without assistance. Finally decided to seat ourselves in the dining room which was half empty and staff just sitting in booths on their phones not attending to guests. Ordered the three course meal... and the server forgot our beginning salad and brought it out with the entree...had no silverware to eat with and had to walk and ask an employee there for some. The shrimp Alfredo pasta was clumped up together and dry with no sauce at all. The lobster inside tasted as if it was frozen... it’s like kitchen tossed whatever on a plate and sent it out without care. This place used to be so good and it just fell off terrible to the worst. The only good thing was the bread and sweet tea! I’m sorry to say but I won’t be returning

It’s been years since I went to eat at this location. I saw they had the three course special I came to try it. I wasn’t greeted by the male host and when I sat down I waited 7 minutes before just getting water. Then when I asked why service is so slow my server said I had other things to do! I finally asked for a manager. She seemed friendly but when my pasta came it had a piece of hair in it. I was thinking this just isn’t a good night. I wouldn’t recommend this location. It needs remolding as this building has been up for years. It’s sad Red Lobster use to be one of my favorite restaurants. The biscuit wasn’t even good.
