Red Lobster

Food was great. We ate in the bar and had no wait at 4:00pm. When we left people were waiting out the door. Always good service.

Need more waiting space with seating. Crazy madhouse that wouldnt have had to be. Food was great at always. Coffee way to strong & not hot first time around.

Everything was hot and delicious. Definitely improved service from past visits. The Cheddar Bay Bisquits are worth the trip alone. Our server was a very enjoyable woman and she deserves a raise.

Went here for my birthday in march, AMAZING service, our waiter was super nice and funny he new how to put a smile on our faces. And gave good tips about what to get if liked certin things. Also sang very well. Definitely will be going back

I ordered my mother a meal as a Mother's day gift at 3:38 through the Red Lobster app and received confirmation email without tracking. The order was to be delivered at 4:19 at 5:05 my mother still had not received her order and I was on hold for 10 minutes without any answer from red lobster. I gave up and still have no idea where my mothers $50 meal went. Horrible service.

The food remains excellent for a chain with the catch of the day being reasonably priced. However, our poor server had to be our server and bus tables. In fact we saw many tables needing bused and were informed the servers are now responsible. I'm sure the quality of food will not stay up if this is true as the staff will turn over.

Great food and service. Bathrooms always clean and stocked.

My daughter ordered me dinner to be delivered for Mother's Day (Sunday May 10th) it was to be delivered at an estimated time of 4:19pm.We both tried to call and got put on hold, I waited 10 minutes then hung up. Didn't get food until 5:58pm, it was cold and the seafood was rubbery couldn't even enjoy the gift my daughter purchased for me. Don't do delivery it's bad.

Only one in down and the seafood is great. Pricey, but good! Friendly servers, pay at the table thru a device on table. 30 min wait at 4:30pm on a Friday night. I just heard on the news today Red Lobster will be not offering unlimited cheese rolls any longer. I hope that's not true.

This place always has great wait staff. The food was delicious even after a 30 min waiting time.

Food here is always fantastic. I recommend going early, at lunch, unless you like waiting in line for your dinner. Place is packed starting about 1pm and lasting until they close but heck the food is good. Seriously, go early, and sit in the bar so you can enjoy yourself.

Jeremy gave absolute exceptional customer service! I haven't had service like that in a very long time! Superb Jeremy!

Love this place. The food is always delicious and everyone is very helpful and nice.
