Red Ginger

First time checking out Red Ginger. Pretty good food, nice decor but slow service......waiter had to be flagged down to get silverware for our table.Had the bento 🍱 box and enjoyed it. Will return again.

The food was really delicious. There was a bit of a wait but that’s to be expected. Our waiter was all over the place. We had to ask the bus person for boxes after asking 4 times. We had to ask another waiter for refills. He didn’t put in our desert order.

PLEASE READ DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! I should have listed to the previous reviews. We were a party of 8 with reservations for Hibachi and still waited an additional hour. Service was the worst I have ever experienced.Food was not cooked properly. I had to get up several times and ask the hostess for refills and sauces. Waitress never came back after initial sit down. All guests at our table including those who were not in our party were extremely unhappy. One goes to a Hibachi Restaurant for the show and experience. Got NONE of that. There was more food on the table then our plates. I spoke to the manager and she said it was not the waitress fault and literally snatched the bill from my hand and continued to argue with me.
