Red Gill Bistro

This restaurant is a hidden gem! Service was friendly and attentive without feeling rushed. I had the French dip sandwich made with 20 hour smoked brisket. It literally melts in your mouth and the portions are big. It's a little out of the way just because of the traffic pattern at JTB and Salisbury but well worth the effort to get to it. It's located in the Wyndham Gardens hotel. They have a nice selection of local craft beers and spirits at the bar. I will definitely return!

wish I could give a 0 star. horrible experience. Ordered delivery and not only was I missing items, it took double the delivery time... all cause the restaurant was out of grits and although I was told they'd get it, it took well over :45 mins to get, when I was told this would only delay my order by 15mins. When I did get it, the grits were... well way too gritty, just not done. Got a lump of eggs I didn't order and burnt toast. yet I paid $6.00 in delivery fees.. ugh!!

Was with large group and they did a great job.

We liked the food here on our previous visit so visited again yesterday and had same order.. turkey sandwich, quesadillas and pizza for my kid.. everything was pretty ok which disappointed us... didn't taste good nor fresh.. turkey was not even sliced properly nor cooked for which we actually went there. So was not a good day for us. Hopefully next time comes good!!

Incredibly delicious food, well-priced drinks. Super friendly bartender. A very good experience. Will be coming back! 👍🏼

This restaurant is awesome they have breakfast, lunch and dinner specials the waitress was very polite and she told us about all the special. Nice place to eat and unwind.

Had Bang Bang shrimp salad. Excellent. Husband had chili. Excellent.

Fair price and good food

Not impressed at all. Service was slow and the staff was not friendly. A customer near us stopped a “server” to ask about his order (he’d been waiting for 45 minutes) and the “server” began yelling at him in front of everyone, then identified himself as the owner. Wow...The customer kindly paid his bill and walked out without his meal. The scene was very unprofessional on the part of establishment.Customer didn’t miss anything, the food wasn’t very tasty.

Great food, nice portion sizes and waitress was very friendly.

Ordered a fried green tomato BLT and got a plain old’ BLT. No biggy, except for paying ten bucks for a BLT... Nobody knew how to mix a drink either... That was weird. I had to explain how to make a simple mixed drink. Not a deal breaker, but don’t expect too much.

Nice hole in the wall. Not a large menu but the quality is excellent. Both the Turkey and Cuban sandwiches were very nice.
