I wouldn't recommend arriving on a Friday evening without a reservation but somehow they were able to accommodate my party of two. Service was impeccable. Food was impeccable (Downeast winter blend cider, onion soup with bone marrow, Stella Mar oysters, pork belly steamed buns, four gras, bread pudding). I haven't had these many flavors hitting the back of the tongue dining at Ramsey's Maze. Venue was filled with positive energy. If you want to get out of the rut of eating at chain restaurants then start here. It may cost a little more but you will leave knowing why.

The fried catfish was one of the best I have tasted and I travel for my job (better than Memphis fried catfish). The hush puppies were light and not greasy. I would recommend paying the uncharge and get the macaroni and cheese instead of the fries for the dinner

Delicious brunch which includes beignets. Dinner is also good too! They have a really awesome and open scratch kitchen so good may take a little time but it's worth it!

Great food. Nice atmosphere. The old fashioned was fantastic! My burger was a little over done but I attribute that to the fact I was their first customer of the day. I stopped in to avoid rush hour traffic; they were very nice and attentive even though they were still setting up for the day.

Absolutely amazing. The server was very considerate taking out our tea bags in time to avoid bitterness. Lovely night !

Excellent service and the food was very delicious. The pork chop takes about 45 minutes to get to your table but it is definitely worth the wait. Cocktails were very tasty as well and the bar service was fast.

Outstanding ambiance and the food is uniquely presented. No need to add any condiments to your dish. Natural spices, garnishment, and seasonings add the right touch of flavor!

Food is excellent. Most everything is scratch made in house. Top notch service. Seating area is small but is not overwhelmingly loud.

WOW! The food is outstanding! I could eat here everyday! Very nice place and our waitress was super knowledgable about the menu. Everything we got was excellent. Can't wait to go back!

Great place for a date. The dishes are flavorful and the atmosphere is comfortable. The waitstaff is excellent and the menu has something for everyone. Whipped ricotta and the burger are highlights.

I’ve been looking forward to going to this restaurant for a long while, and it certainty did not disappoint. To start, we got the chicken skins. It was so wonderfully creative and craveable. I also got the salmon. The skin was so perfectly seasoned and crunchy and the salmon itself was perfectly cooked. Fantastic meal.

Loved everything we had at Red Feather! Every single dish was perfectly crafted. Very reasonable prices as well! The staff made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent service.

Our server shared with us he only been there for 6 months after I asked him how long the Red Feather had been in operation. He told me 4 years. The way he explained everything to us in full depth detail you would assume he has been around since opening. The food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such great hospitality.

The Charcuterie Board was phenomenal and a great start. I had the Salmon and it was cooked to perfection. Pleasant atmosphere and our waiter Keith was outstanding!

Questions & Answers

I have to say,the menu wi probably stay the same. But it is possible for the Chef (who I trained)to add a couple of SPECIAL feature Dishes.I WOULD also take into Account that the Chef/owner is Jewish.You can always call and ask before going
