Yes, they certainly do! A lot of things on the raw vegan menu are already low sodium or can be modified with easy substitutions. The nori rolls for sure are a good bet. I am less familiar with the normal (cooked) menu, but this restaurant is fantastic and willing to work with you so you can fuel your body with what it needs.
