Reclaimed Bar & Restaurant

About

Our place was designed around building something new and reclaiming our love and passion for food, booze and music. We carefully selected local spirits and beer to provide a connection to the area we live in and to give back to the local community. All of our food is developed under the direction of Chef Craig Bell, co-owner of Reclaimed and owner of Big Hatt Gourmet a catering company specializing in experiential cooking. Chef Bell completed his culinary degree at Le Cordon Blue and worked with Chef Hilario Arbelitz at Zuberoa in San Sebastian, Spain as the gastronomy capital of the world. Our plates are inspired by local butchers and created with simplicity to accentuate the importance of the flavors. So, expect a hearty delicious meal that is rich and satisfying. Important to the co-owners of Reclaimed is the ability to step back in time and enjoy some good music all of which is on vinyl at Reclaimed in addition to weekly LIVE music sessions.

Another amazing beer and charcuterie stop in Amsterdam! The beer selection was extensive, and it was so fun trying new and unique beers. We also enjoyed an incredible meat and cheese board, which was a large amount of food for the price. The vibe was great, with what seemed like lots of locals and a friendly bartender.

We bumped into this bar. It seems like a university crowd place. And honestly no one cared, we waited for a while before getting our drinks and decided yo clear our table ourselves. All in all, it's a fine place with a wide selection of beer, which I am sure is great.

Not officially but there is parking on the side of the building that they do not own but there are no signs that says you cannot park there so park at your own risk.

We are expanding to 2nd floor and outdoor patio and are required by city of Chicago to post a notice of our intent
