Real Food Eatery

This is one of my go to lunch spots in the city. The food is superb, healthy, and almost entirely gluten free! The staff are all kind and friendly as well. If you want a delicious meal you can feel good about this is the spot. I can't recommend RFE enough.

Food was AMAZING quantity was beyond satisfying

I used to really love this place, but the quality/taste has really slipped in the past year or so. First, they used to have a really tasty steak protein option that was replaced with a rather sad braised beef. But, I still really enjoyed their side options and so figured I'd give them another shot. Unfortunately, the sides have also gone considerably down hill since I was last there (bring back the former asian slaw salad recipe, or the brussel sprouts slaw, and maybe I'll consider returning).

Great food, super expensive

Great food...but! I ordered through Ritual. The order was ready before I got there and freshly made. I had put into ritual review that everything was great because it was...Until I took a bite of the lemon herb chicken. It was super mushy and dry :(. Last time, I got the chicken it was delicious. Not sure what happened!

I've loved everything I've had from RFE. The food is fresh, well seasoned, perfectly cooked - overall just quality food that gives you energy to get through the day without making you feel bloated and sluggish. I would've included a picture of my salmon, beets, and potatoes but it was gone before I could get my camera out :)

Excellent place to grab healthy, delicious food. The service is fast and friendly. The portion size is generous. I’m impressed with the affordability - especially since the food is healthy and yummy. Highly recommend!
