Raw Sushi Bistro

RAW makes some really good sushi. They have an awesome bar which was actually from the last business that was here. They have a lot of options and all of it is really good. Service here is decent, and overall I have nothing bad to say. I've been here a few times so far and I'll be back soon.

We took a group of 7 people tonight and it eased great. I always go here for lunch, and dinner wad just as cool. I had my usual grilled salmon, but we ordered lots of "real" sushi for our table. The food was excellent, but there can be a bit of a wait. I'll be back next week, it just doesn't get old.

Great food and cocktails. A little pricey but worth it. Staff is professional and very nice. Clean and inviting.

We love eating out. Last night we found this delicious restaurant which friends recommended to us. We spent a delightful evening there with excellent cooking and a nice stuff and a distinguished chef. We put this venue in our list and we will surely visit again very soon. Highly recommended.

It's such a fun environment! It's usually pretty loud so if you're looking for a quiet dinner this is not your place. Lol It's definitely one of my favorite places in Modesto. The Dante roll and lemon drops are bomb!

Nice ambience and food.

Raw Sushi bistro is the best sushi I’ve tried since I moved to the Central Valley from the east coast. I constantly struggled to find great sushi on the east coast and settled for a few okay places, but Raw isn’t settling. The fresh salmon nigiri and maguro is amazing quality, buttery and tasty all in one bite. The appetizers and the fancy rolls aren’t over the top where you lose site of the quality ingredients. The sauce isn’t masking poor quality taste. On top of that the service is exceptional from the hosts to the servers. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for exceptional quality. It is worth every penny.

Wife's favorite sushi. Great fish I eat mainly sashimi so makes a difference wife loves all the crazy rolls. Sushi is always a little more expensive meal but for a fine dining experience this place is awesome for the price

Nice place to go to but food is not the best. Prices are affordable.
