Excellent food, and well priced. The decor just needs an update

Excellent food, authentic flavors, completely unpretentious and homely is how I would describe this place. The staff is friendly and they went out of their way to make sure my daughter ate something by making something for her that was not on the menu. If you are in the mood for Caribbean/east Indian food you should give this place a try.

My go to for Roti and doubles. No where else I’ve been to makes doubles as good. Roti is great too. I’ve always got chicken or goat. Today I tried shrimp and that is my new favorite.

We like a lot eating out. Yesterday we visited this superb restaurant which friends recommended to us. We passed a beautiful time there with high-qulity meal and a nice crew and a distinguished cuisine. We added this place in our phone list and we will no doubt visit again very soon. We deeply recommend.

I tried this spot already with a friend and I am addicted since then. I like the great atmosphere and tasty dishes and drinks. Great work.

I asked for a veggie roti with chickpeas and eggplant and when I came to cash out they told me it was extra last minute. When it clearly didn't state that in the menu. Disappointing. Won't be coming here again. The food itself was pretty good. Shame service is horrible.

The food at this Roti shop is average. They have a few good items like their roti and a good selection of Solo brand drinks to enjoy but the other things like their doubles and polourie is pretty tasteless. I also didnt like the dark atmosphere or how empty it was inside or the fact that the cashier/owner came out from behind the counter twice to eat his own food. Made me feel like hands werent washed.

Had a group order from here at work. I ordered the boneless goat roti with gravy on the side. The gravy was extremely greasy and the spice level was way off. Everyone who ate from here got sick. I would not return or place another order.

I went to Ranees years ago when it first opened and thoroughly enjoyed it. I decided to try it again yesterday (since I moved out of Oakville) and woah, I will not be returning. I ordered a mild shrimp roti, and it was HOT, almost as hot as my partners hot butter chicken roti. It also only had five pieces of shrimp in the whole thing! I will say, the patties were pretty decent. I think I will be sticking to Kori's down the street.

I have been here a few times and have always had great food. Today i went in and got two Rotis one shrimp with medium spice and one goat with mild spice. Both were fantastic and came out of the kitchen quickly. They both turned out fantastic! Be mindful of the spice. If you are not a fan of spice make sure to ask for mild.
