Hi,My name is Ashley. I live right down the street from your Mt.Lookout location. We order food from you all the time. However, there seems to be a reoccurring problem. Tonight (Saturday) at 10:30pm we attempted to order a few double deckers plus some other things, but was told that the “slicer is down right nowâ€. It wouldn’t be a big deal if this were a one time occurrence, but it’s not. We’ve been told we can’t order fries multiple times for one reason or another. The only thing we haven’t had an issue with so far is ordering pizza. It seems like after a certain time the only thing they want to do is make pizza. We really like ordering from there, but this has become really frustrating. Tonight we just didn’t order at all which is really sad. I wanted to make someone aware of this because who ever these people are, they are costing you a lot of money because I’m sure we aren’t the only one to experience this. Thank you
