Ramen Tonkotsuya

I stopped by Chiba for a return to Ibaraki.Although it is a full-fledged ramen shop, there is a box seat for 4 people and smoking inside the shop is non-smoking. It's like a family restaurant and is great for families.I ordered a special pork bone noodle kaku + gyoza and later a replacement. The noodles are like Kyushu ramen. The soup is soy milk (?) Sesame (?) Tonkotsu, and it has a light texture similar to Tandan noodle soup. Because I was light, I put garlic and secret sauce and takana on the table. Be careful because Takana is quite spicy. I'm glad I can adjust the depth myself.The tonkotsu are toro-toro and large in quantity. Nori did not disturb others, and the overall balance was very good with just the right taste and aroma. The only disappointing point is the feeling of putting in the boiled scent of the substitute. Full score if full.Ramen of this level is not satisfied even in Tokyo so I am very satisfied. I want to eat if I go nearby again.
