Ramen Sho

My wife and i love this place her and i were hooked from the first slirp im working my way through the ramen then eventually rice bowls ( if i can ever get past the ramen seriously best bowl of noodles ive ever had) the staff is super friendly quick the portions for the price you pay are absolutely amazing you get your moneys worth and more the tonkatsu and spicy tonkatsu if i butcher the spelling im sorry are delicious and I understand why they are the most popular but if you want a soup that will knock you off your socks the miso is my personal fav

Place is very very dirty. The floors did not look it had been cleaned for a long time. The seating was gross. We were crossing our fingers hoping the food at least was good. The ramen is good, but not good enough that I would go back for more. There was only one server and he looked short handed. He tried his best to give his service.

Good atmosphere. The menu was kind of small, but I am definitely going back to try more. The pork in my ramen was pretty fatty.

This might be the best Ramen joint in Meridian. And I've tried a lot of Asian restaurants in this city. It may also be the most authentic. There are many things here that tick the box. 1. The "right" level of ramen saltiness 2. The right cuts of meat. The Gyudon dish uses actual Gyudon cuts, with precise tenderness, meat-fat ratio, up to the proper proportion of the Gyudon broth on top of the riec3. They serve Takoyaki. Probably the only restaurant that serves this in Meridian. It's so hard to get wrong in this ramen joint, except maybe for the limited items on the menu. Not that it tries to compete with the bigger restaurants nearby. If you want something like sushi, there are other restaurants out there, but as far as ramen goes, this one nails it.

Best ramen in Meridian. I come by as often as I can. Very nice place to bring friends and family.

Not the cleanest place, but the food is always excellent! The broth is almost addictive, and the noodles are wonderfully chewy. The only critique would be that the curry is too sweet.

Soo yummy! The food was very good an the prices are great! I read a review about the prices being high but the bowl of ramen was only $10 an the service was fantastic very quick an polite looking forward to coming back the vibe was very chill an great music an I loved the anime poster on the wall!

We ordered tako yaki and tonkotsu ramen. Both are awesome. I 100% recommend this place for ramen lovers.

Spicy tonkotsu has a nice porky and creamy broth get lots of pork belly and a nice portion size. Noodles were a bit over cooked by time I got it but not end of the world it was very tasty.

This places is one of the best ramen in Boise. I was there to visit my girlfriend and some friends took us here. We really enjoyed the meal and the service was fast and friendly.

The ramen was great. I got the curry. The rice portions weren't too big. The service was okay, there was only one server.
