RAMEN-SAN Deluxe

This was my first time coming here. My mom wasn't sure what everything was and the waiter Matthew was very patient with my mom and answered all her questions. He was a fantastic!!! The food was amazing and highly recommend coming here.

Fantastic environment and very attentive service. The menu was crisp and delicious. Will definitely recommend this restaurant to friends. Convenient prices and generous portions. Great work.

Great food. Upbeat music for a younger crowd. Maybe a slight bit loud. But food was so good we got past that! We are from out of town- but will be going back when we return!

Never failed me and my wife every time we go here. Our go to food is Tonkotsu Ramen. Also must-try here is the Pork Belly Mantou Buns. I really recommend to try this at least once if you are in town and love Ramen! Definitely one of the best Ramen place in Chicago!

Noodles were ok. Cha Shu had lots of flavor, but I still feel that Ramen Takeya has better balance

Incredible food. We got the lunch special and could barely finish it. Pork melted in my mouth. Broth and noodles were on point. Our server Garrett was awesome.

Omg! This place was so good! I have never been here before and the food was great. We came for lunch and there was a decent and affordable lunch menu to order from. I have no favorite cuz I liked it all. Wish there was one by me back in Michigan.

Music is 90's hip hop mostly. Personally was good for me. Food hit the spot! Ramen with pulled pork special was just the right spice and flavor. Staff was friendly. Food took a little long but I wasn't in a rush so It didn't bother me any. Definitely recommended

We went there for lunch with my mom, sister and baby daughter and baby niece. The host was incredibly gracious accommodating us with two strollers. Our waiter was also wonderful. And before I forget, the food was delicious.

When we got the ramen, the noodles were undercooked and chewy. However they were nice and replaced them with some new bowls. Overall the food was very tasty. I love the rice tea here. Plus, the dessert is a giant cream puff that I couldnt even finish. I wish I had showed up earlier to try the okonomiyaki. I would return to this place.

I arrive at this marvelous place many times as I enjoy the good air that is outline this place. The personel is very welcoming and well trained. The service is very efficient. Not to mention, the food you eat is good. I frequent more than once and I was always happy. The rate is modest. I highly suggest this place to my friends and family.

Ramen is all about the broth. By that standard, this was the worst Ramen I've had. The salt overshadowed whatever other flavors could have been there. As a visitor to Chicago I feel I wasted an opportunity to experience great food by eating here.

I will start by saying the wait staff were extremely friendly! I am a lover of Japanese food, but I found that both the ramen and steamed bun I had were lacking in flavor. The ramen was not spicy even though I added chili. The pork belly had an odd texture and tasted more like cured bacon and less like traditional pork chasu.
