Unpretentious Ramen place. Casual, quick, and really excellent Ramen. The Spicy Tonkotsu (thicker/heavier pork soup with spicy ground pork miso) had just the right amount of bite and the pork was generous and of decent quality. Noodles were perfect. Really reasonable prices, but mind you, I'm from D.C.

We had Shio Ramen & Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen and finished them all, so good, perfect for a cold & windy evening here in MadCity. Yes, the waitress almost forgot about us bcs the place was busy; she was apologetic about it, but overall, we enjoyed our evening here at Ramen Kid Won. And the price's reasonable, too. Also, 10% discount if you pay cashðŸ‘

The only place in Madison that I have found that has katsu curry like how I find it in Japan. Even the atmosphere is like that of curry places that I've been to in Japan. I love going there.

My go-to ramen shop was closed for the day, so we went to this place as a backup but definitely do not regret going in the slightest! The food was excellent and the atmosphere super cool. Would definitely return in the future!!

The first time I went there, i had the Tonkatsu. It was a delicious thick pork soup. The last time I went there I had the Tempura Ramen. It had 2 tempura shrimp and a disk of finely sliced vegetable tempura. It was amazing!

Met some friends here during my first visit to downtown Madison. The ramen and curry are both flavorful and the servings are huge for the price. The only real downside was the limited drink options.

Decided to stop by during my bus layover. For the price you get generous portions! The scenery is welcoming and unique, their service is fast and the food is delicious, do wish their tonkatsu had more vegitables mixed in though. Definitely recommend.
