On average in the U.S. a bowl of ramen with JUST noodles and soup is $8, and many places charge $1 per ingredient, so if you add mushroom, seaweed, corn, egg, pork, fishcake, it will be $14. But at Ichiban Ramen it's a set price with all the ingredients (so you get more for less), and you can tell then to not add the egg or corn if you don't want that in it!
