The soup has a lot of back oil and the taste is not so spicy.The noodles are slightly hardened in Goagoa and are crunchy.It was a small ramen with 2 pigs and 2 extra pigs.Abra was provided in a separate plate with additional oil, and this oil felt a little spicy.Overall it was delicious.

This place is a must go place if you're a fan of "Jiro" style ramen. Be warned, the portion here is over the top. If you're confident in eating Jiro then order the normal ramen. However, if you're a beginner then I'd suggest that you choose "ミニラーメン(mini ramen)". The noodles it uses are extra thick with wonderful texture.Also, the shop serves "ã¾ãœãã°" (mazesoba) and it's heavenly.

This is really delicious. I feel the store owner's commitment in a good sense. I think that it is No1 in Jiro Inspire. It's also a good place to pay close attention to the neighborhood and not to be overwhelmed by customers, especially not to park on the street. Walk about 10 minutes from Kitafuchu Station on the Musashino Line, but there are buses from the Keio Line Fuchu Station and JR Kokubunji Station, both of which are right from the Harumicho Bus Stop. It is worth a visit if you like ramen.

Incredibly delicious Jiro style ramen. Noodles are thick and chewy while the veggies have a quick blanch and maintain a crispy crunch when you bite through it. The soft creamy pork fat make for an assortment of textures in each bite. Soup is very much a deep pork broth. As Jiro cult followers would say, the pork fat and bones have emulsified to make a perfect soup. The tare is actually a bit sweet and very flavorful. Highly recommend a visit to Eiji.
