Chef Hiro from Tokyo makes a mad delicious bowl of ramen. Authentic delicious taste and experience. Only thing missing is matcha tea powder at each of the seats. The soup stock is legit and you can customize it on the ordering machine to level of intensity. The noodles you cannot customize as I think they are made off site. Everything is cooked and made in front of you. Awesome place! True Ramen bar experience!

THIS AINT NO CUP OF NOODLES....Its real authentic Tokyo style ramen served right here. I thought I would have to go to Japan but nope. Its crazy how good this is. Everything is fresh, made to order, and flavor amazing. The broths are freck'n on point each one (I'm all about dat pork/miso fosho). Noodles tender slurp 'um good. The eggs OMG lets talk about these eggs. Perfect like semi-soft boil dark color outside they got something going on there I dont know. Pork belly falls apart with a spoon. I hit it with dat pepper oil boom ....THIS AINT NO TOP RAMENMy boy and me go after work every payday. I'm full and happy for $12. The food is quality and the chef knows what he is doing. Staff is great with a laid back vibe. Good music, Japanese beer, sake, real ramen🍜Pro tip- I dont sit. We all sit to much. Stand eat drink be happy. Easier I say for ramenPro tip- no cash heads up

Great casual Ramen place with in a diner style restaurant. Service is quick and friendly. Specials are great and change frequently. Food was fantastic and the flavors were on point. I would definitely come back for more of this goodness. Space is limited so mind when you go or be prepared to be patient.

Hands down, and with absolutely no exaggerations or reservations. The best Ramen in Palm Beach County by a long shot. The love for his craft goes into every dish and is consistently delivered to perfection. I recommend it for anyone and everyone.

first time going there, was super excited about trying it and I was not disappointed. the gentlemen whom prepared are meal was very nice and the food was great. we got our ramen to go and they split the broth and noodles so you can pour it yourself at home and retain all that great flavor. will definitely be going back.

This place has some of the best ramen I've ever had. I went here because a friend of mine that frequents Japan said this place had the most authentic Japanese ramen that he has had outside of Japan. This place is a little hole in the wall so there's not a whole lot of seating, and walking in it's not a very impressing room, but who cares when the food is this good ? I have recommended this place to every ramen lover I know and they all agree. It's totally worth trying. The meat is tender and grilled to perfection, and they even have a vegan ramen that is absolutely delicious.

Hole in the wall with the owner making ramen fresh from scratch right in sight. Order via screen and take a seat. Such a neat and unique spot and the ramen is awesome!! The broth is made in front of you and meat cooked in sight. Really chill spot. Highly recommend.

The food is great been there before, two stars for that. Took off the rest because the business times posted are completely wrong, what good is the food if I can't buy it? The hours posted on the door are different than the ones on here. Showed up when it was supposed to be open yet the business was closed, so I wasted my time and got no food due to different business hours.

This place is the real deal. 100% homemade even down to the multiple types of miso pastes and soy sauces which take over a month to prepare. No shortcuts. No MSG. And the owner is so nice and genuine. Learned from his grandpa in Japan. The broth was creamy and exploding with flavor. Each ingredient contributed to a perfectly well rounded bowl of ramen. And the dumplings are top notch, crispy on the bottom, soft and tender on the inside. Hope to see the chef on his own episode of Chefs Table one day!

This place is fire! I’ve had Ramen all over California and New York and this place is the closest you’re gonna get in South Florida. Small place and not built for hanging but who care the Ramen is amazing. Staff is super friendly. ENJOY!

Hiro is the best. He works hard, makes amazing food wherever he is, and has a great business ethic. The noodles, the stock, the sauce and the chashu are all fresh and he's got a crowd to prove the worth of his cuisine. Also, the sake is directly from Japan. Very worth it!

I still can't believe how great this place! Definition of hole in the wall, with the amazing food to match it. They make everything from scratch, broth included! The chef even showed me that they had just made the vegan broth by showing me the used veggies he used to make it. It's the perfect small spot in downtown to get away and have a killer meal

Delicious ramen made right in front of you! You can customize you ramen and add from a selection of different ingredients. The place is very small, basically few seats around a bar top, nothing fancy. But the food is amazing!

I felt like I was back in Japan! They have an amazing vegan ramen. There place is small so be prepared. No big groups.
