We went on a road trip from Bedminster to find Rambo's in the tiny town of Califon. It is a neat place with quality meats and home made sausages that they are known for but it is small and looked more like a deli. Their sandwiches are excellent as far as delis go.

Very good sandwiches and a wonderful butcher. The prices can be from fair to high compared to a normal grocery store but worth every penny when you work with a qualified butcher. I've never been disappointed when purchasing meat here.
