This restaurant was well decorated, fun, and immersive, themed like New Orleans with performing bands and representative architecture. The staff was very friendly and extremely receptive to our needs, and they gave my family member a beignet with a candle in it since it was her birthday! The food was tasty but not excellent, make sure you read the food descriptions for each item as they have their own take on some classic items like a Caesar Salad. I would recommend this place for an informal, fun occasion in Downtown Disney!

Very disappointed, if I can give zero stars for customer service I would. After hearing so many great reviews and staying at the Grand California Hotel, my family and I decided to give this place a try. As a military family we walked in and Troy (our order taker) was extremely rude, and wouldn’t take our order even though we were next in line in front of the cashier. Regardless, I decided not to ruin my family’s experience at Downtown Disney as a whole as we had a great day prior to dealing with Troy’s attitude. It was plain rude, unneeded, unwelcome, and the worst part of it all after he took my family’s order I heard him comment under his breath something to the extent of Mexicans. I am a proud Mexican American United States Army Retiree that serves my country the United States of America Proudly. I would tell everyone to stay away from this restaurant as long as Troy is still there. I hope management and or higher looks into this.

On par with Disneyland food prices. The beignets are fresh and hot. Way larger than those found inside the park. No specialty beignets offered just traditional powdered sugar. The gumbo was awesome, but it doesn't come in a bread bowl. You'll need to order a side of french bread to achieve the same result for dipping. The bread pudding was spot on. *Beware, it has raisins, in case you're not a fan of them.
