Last time I visited Michigan all I wanted was rally's and once I got it the burger and fries were cold. Cheese wasn't even close to melting. Time and money wasted.

omgoodness!the elderly black lady working drive thru offered more confusion than help---both w/the car in front of me, & myself---confusing questions, while the orders were very simple.also, in the past, I've made the same comment / question that the customer in front of me did... the outdoor speaker, where the orders are placed, is extremely ear-splitting loud. the pat answer that it has to be so WE can hear YOU aint cutting it any more. surely someone can adjust a volume control nob?rally's as a brand is a good competitor in the fast food race. but customer service prevails in these type if situations, & this crew hasnt figured it out yet. i will not be back.

Terrible food. I went through the drive through and my food was cold immediately. I also ordered the 2 for $3 fry lover burger and the coney dog and i received a mushroom burger and a fry lover burger. All of my food was extremely cold and just thrown together. The bay road location is terrible. Do Not eat there.

Rally's is decent food at decent pricing. Drive thru only, no where to sit.

The survey from your last (fairly recent) receipt will get you a free sandwich with a large drink, lunch for $2.52 if you don't mind "fast food". If you are okay with the burger & fries scene, I suggest a more expensive trip to Culver's about three miles north on Bay road or head south and to Michigan to the other Rally's where the sandwiches and fries are more regularly hot. This has been the case for years and they don't seem to know how to serve fresh hot food at this location. Service is more friendly at the south location, probably because they almost never have a complaint.
