The customer service is amazing! Lady in the counter I think night shift is beyond amazing. The big Buford is amazing and the fries beat every other fast food chain place !! It's the best! Thank you for all yourll do

This Rally's is right down the road from my house so I've been here way too many times. I wouldn't suggest some of their burgers but their wings are to-die-for even though they're kind of expensive. But I've had issue a few times with some of their employees being ignorant and messing up my order completely but today the older gentleman (I think Michael) working the window was very polite it seemed like he knew what he was doing! No screw-ups on my order this time! Except they forgot my ketchup but that's no big deal.Btw if you haven't tried the Kool-Aid slushies I suggest you do!
