Rally's Hamburgers

These people are very rude and lazy! I ordered for 4 people. They left something out that i had requested and apparently instead of just letting me pay for it and have them make another, the lady told me i had to pull back aroun to the drive thru. There was nobody behind us. No wait. No line. I would hate to see how they work under pressure. Never going back to this Rallys again. Do not recommend.

The food was good. ESPECIALLY mozzarella sticks. But i went to drive thru n they forgot my large fry n chicken n fry box. I get home n its 11:38pm. Im not getting dressed to waste my gas to drive n have to wait. I really wish they'd give me credit for what i didnt get. IM SO ANGRY.

The food is always fast and exactly what I expect. They would get 5 stars but the buns are usually flat and I've got fries that could have been fried for another minute or so.

Slowest Rally's in Cleveland! They didn't even give me receipt lol. Just beware that you'll be waiting in the parking lot for your orders🤣. No wonder McDonald's is taking over in West 150th.

Waited over 10 minutes just for order to be incorrect. Second attempt at correct order (from manager this time), still incorrect. Third time they included everything however it wasn’t made correctly; chicken sandwich was so hard it couldn’t even be eaten. Between the food and all the cussing and yelling going on inside, we will never be back.

The staff was awesome, we showed up after a night at the Casino and they were amazing! If you love Rally's make this your spot!

always hot n fresh n ready ta roll, but for 50 cent for a cup of cheese sauce they should at least fill it ta the top. RALLYS IS ALWAYS GONA BE ONE OF MY FAVS

I love Rally's but, after the encounter I had at this location today. I may NEVER eat at a Rally's again. First, there is a one person limit in the order room. After I watch two people walk out, I was informed this rule with extreme rudeness. I can't believe the level of rudeness, I have NEVER felt so disrespected in my entire life. Then after all that, I realized that the rude dude forgot to deliver my drink to me. So I pull up to inform him of this error and receive what I paid for. I was then accosted by this same rude dude. He proceeded to tell me that he made it and gave it to me. I am now being accused of lying about having recieved the product I Paid For. And finally, he gives me the drink and tells me to "Try not to lose it, Again."NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN SO DISRESPECTED!

The portions used to be bigger. Clean your friers. Staff is always friendly!

Great late night food. Nice n greasy , just like you'd want at 130am... I would have gave 5 stars but no matter how many times I ask for no ice , my soda has ice when I get it...lmao
