Rally's Hamburgers

It sucks because while I love the food, the service at this particular location is HORRIBLE. No matter what day it is, what time it is, SOMEONE ALWAYS FORGETS SOMETHING. Forgets to make the sandwiches correctly, forgets the sandwich entirely, forgets side items - you name it, they do it. Stop letting 14 year olds run your store and this would stop happening.

We ordered a 6 piece mozzarella sticks and a small boneless wings. that's it. There was no cars behind us. There was 1 car in front of us. They hadn't even put our wings in the fryer until we reached the window. We paid. They asked us to pull up and park and wait. 15 minutes later they brought are food. It takes 3-4 minutes to fry most items. Why did it take 15??? Wont be back.

Ordered two fish sandwiches with no tartar. They both had it. Took them back and then they gave me plain fish no cheese or lettuce. This is ridiculous. I did not say plain just no tartar
