Rally's Hamburgers

Is was as good as any and better than most fast-food experiences , because the young lady work was friendly and mannerly.

Usually rally's is my wife and I's go to place....went there last night and ordered 2 combo meals.....the service was very good as usual but this particular time the food was awful.....meaning the triple combo I ordered had tasted like the hamburger patties were pre-cooked and set aside for a while and both fries were super cold and very greasy and had some very hard and burnt pieces to this is very unusual for MY rallys to mess up like this and this review is Just for that particular day....I just got off work and was craving rallies fries which was the main reason for me to stop when I did so I went ahead and ordered something for my wife also so got it home and was upset that my wife's combo was not what she ordered and cold!!

Good food loved the baconzilla.

Sloppy sandwich only half the condiments on it that it was supposed to! Then fully loaded fries give me no fork so I go back they say oh were out of forks never mentioned it so get a spoon opened them to try to eat them hair right there in the box threw it out so $8.30 for a cup of ice and a nasty sandwich I'll never go back

I like rally's there friendly and and good at what hey do . And the prices is good to .

My order was fresh and hot! The service was great.

This place is really hit or miss. Could be on point one day, then the next your not given a total on your food, have to wait forever and your order is wrong.

My fish sandwich was not cooked all the way. Fries did not taste good. Will not be back.

Love the spicy chicken sandwich and Big Buford burgers. Pretty much everything on the menu.

Always hot and fresh food. Excellent customer service. I never mind the 30 minute drive to get me some Rally's!!

employees and manager on their phones while serving food and food was ice cold would not recommend Rally's restaurant to anyone that wants good food and good because you will not get it been here two times and both bad service and ice cold food will not be going back I would recommend you wouldn't go there these are the people that served me my food manager standing in the even asked for fresh food when I was at the window and he said he couldn't promise anything is to the owner that responded to my first to review I gave you a second chance and your employees messed it up even worse my opinion you need new employees that actually care about what customers eat and food should be hot when you order itI shouldn't have to bring my food back to the window and asked for hot food a second time when I just went through the drive-thru and ask for it the first time
