Rally's Hamburgers

Order was fresh and staff were great!

Just went and placed an order. There was one car in front of me and one behind so I couldn't pull out when I wanted to leave because there is a barrier you can't drive over that traps you in. After being stuck for 15 MINUTES in the drive through and no one telling us what was going on, a customer from the other side pulled around to tell us that people had walked out and there were only two workers. I have a 2 month old and 7 year old after working 16 hours today I wanted a dinner that was fast and easy. But instead I've got my baby screaming in the back seat and no way to leave. I literally had to get out of my car and approach the car in front of me to ask them to pull up and the guy at the window still didn't say anything. I'm irritated and exhausted and that was just absolutely ridiculous.
