Rally's Hamburgers

Normally you guys get fives stars, but on this day and it had nothing to do with employees . The store was out of everything I wanted to eat that day. Or it was frozen . Not a good day

Love there Fries & the prices are good too

I'm from Cali... so its sort of different from what I'm accustomed to... OK for fast food in the mid West

Wait staff at window, patient and helpful. Food was hot and good. Good impression on me, my first time there!

Worker didn't know what all came on the burger even tho was describing what I saw on the menu. Good tasting fries (but very greasy) burger was way smaller that what you would think..

Good hambuger and fries for half of what M and B sell for, you know what I mean, and besides, better flavor!!

Ordered my food for delivery, they had a special with 2 double checker burgers, chicken bites, chicken sandwich and fries, sounds good right? Not at all the burgers were thown together and extremely dry, chicken sandwich was burnt with things stuck to it, fries hard and greasy and they were the xl size but cup was only filled about 3/4. The only thing about edible was the chicken bites my son ate. I have never been so disgusted and disappointed, then when you try and call back no one answers. They should have just closed down.

Better burgers than most fast food places. Their seasoned fries are really good too. They had more drink options than I expected. I still don't know what the difference is between the double rally burger and the big buford but I know that they're tasty.

Not only was I trapped in the drive through for 15 minutes, but I get to the window and they hand me the wrong food! I also look through the window and see the MANAGER preparing food and not wearing any hairnet. I swap my food for the correct order and my burgers are cold, hard , very burnt around the edges as if they'd been sitting out all day ! Wouldn't Suggest !!
