I went and ordered a champ burger because I had a taste for one they gave me some cold burger with bacon on it no condiments or fixings said they were out of ketchup for my fries and didnt give me a receipt said the system was down and the lady that was working the drive thru was arguing with someone and I could hear her cussing through the headset y'all need to do better.

1 word... TERRIBLE!!! The employees work with no urgency. I waited 15 minutes just for a employee to come to take my order and waited almost 30 minutes to receive my food. The drive thru was backed up on both sides. By far, the WORST Checker's in the city of Chicago!!! Don't wasted your time going here!!! 👎ðŸ¾ðŸ‘ŽðŸ¾ðŸ‘ŽðŸ¾

The wait time here is rather slow, but is justified by the quality of the food in my opinion. The prices are also on point.This restaurant is on 55th Street in Chicago so there is a good chance you're going to see/hear something wild during your visit. I wouldn't recommend hanging around and eating on their patio . . . take your order to go!Edit (12-6-19): Since my initial review, this place has drastically reduced their lobby's operational hours. I don't blame them because of the neighborhood, but I can't visit because I don't own a car. Please consider extending your lobby's operational hours to at least midnight.
