One of my fave fast food joints. Great service late on a Thursday night had me impressed when this location.

Gave me wrong burger was not hot

The strawberry swirl cone. Enough said. But in case you disagree, find me a restaurant chain where 9 out of 10 managers are some of the friendliest faces and souls you've ever met. I mean that, I see them in a whole different light than as just a customer and I appreciate people like them so much. Also, the fries are one of my biggest weaknesses....why are they so good? They may be coated in an addictive dust....or they could just be stupid delicious with that seasoned batter like coating. See you soon Rally's! Lol...🍟Also, fun fact. Almost all of the local rally's are family owned by some really nice people. You can thank them for putting the strawberry swirl on the street lol, I'm a fan of Rally's all day. 🍦

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the employee there was rude & trying to rush the order even though it was literally no one there. My mom & my niece love the mozzarella sticks though.

Delicious burgers and fries. These are Bacon Cheddar Crisp Doubles. A double patty smash burger with bacon bits, cheese, onions, and ketchup. As pretty as some other burger places used to be. The fries have a good seasoning, that isn't overpowering at all (although I prefer spicy seasoning myself, and these aren't remotely spicy). The fries are also nice and crunchy. Service was fast and the staff seemed to actually enjoy being there. I almost thought it was a Jamaican place from the past reviews of rude customer service, lol. The staff were polite and moving quickly.

The last THREE times I’ve been here they have messed up my order almost completely. And made me wait 20 min or more for it even though there was no one else there. Doesn’t make any sense and it really sucks because rally’s is so good

I would givw them less then this star if I could. I order an All Qmetican Cheeseburger and Mozzarella sticks. I received the sticks with no marinara sauce. I had to request the sauce. When provided, it was strauight feom the freezer and so was my burger. The one that's supposed to be cooked to order with melted cheese with fresh condiments to add. The young man who I complained to told me after taking it back said that they make them in bulk and hikd them all in a warmer of sorts to take them out and give them to the customers when ordered. When I heard that I was done!!! I looked at my sandwich and was like never again will Rally's get any of my coin's. They have for ever lost a customer in me. My business is gone. Make your own decision. My experience may not be yours. Have a great day.

I went late night around 9:30pm. The food was good .I placed no special orders but I had to pull up and park on the side for 10 minutes. A person did bring food with s smile verifying my order which was right.

Service was bad. Food wasn't fresh. Employees had an attitude problem

Great menu and also always good deals. Food is served hot. Best fries in the city. Friendly service. Employees acknowledge regular customers. One of my favorites..No long wait. Drinks and milkshakes are good.

Your quality of service here can be hit or miss. Some days the staff will be happy and smiling, the next they're dour and slower. That said, the food is always freshly made, hot, and tasty. Their fries are some of my favorite and they're generous with them, and the staff, no matter which if the above, are always professional. I will keep coming back. Note, their hot sauce is VERY hot, so be forewarned when ordering anything with it, such as the Angry Buffalo.

Hadn't been to Rally's in years and decided to try it again. Everything was fresh and hot and delicious. No complaints.

Good services and hit the spot food. Love the fact that the fried are always hot and make sure you get the apple pies. They're 2 for $1
