Walked up to the window. No one else at the window to order...stood there for 20 minutes. Never came to the window to take our orders or even say it would be a minute. Just looked at us line we were crazy. Finally sad to hell with. Will go somewhere else

I am always happy with Rally's. They were very quick and efficient. Food was hot and prepared the way I wanted. I got extra tartar for no charge. Staff was extremely friendly and were all full of smiles. It seemed like moral was high. Staff was all having fun.

The price is good. For fast food, the food is great. However, I don't like even pulling in due to the amount of foolish people that seem to gravitate toward their parking lot.
