The staff was attentive and helpful the other times I visited previously. But I am thinking this was all grand opening hype because the workers' energy level has changed. The staff lacked in customer service and seemed to move like zombies. They were inattentive to what I requested and prepared my order incorrectly. When I asked them to prepare it correctly, they asked me over and over what I requested and took their precious time to make the order right. My food was fresh but the appearance was a bit sloppy compared to my experiences before. The meal options and prices are reasonable but I will not be returning because I did not appreciate the service I received and it seems the workers are not interested in being present and serving customers.

Questions & Answers

I don't know why. It should be free with that purchase. I wonder the same thing when I purchase bread sticks from pizza hut and want another sauce. It costs $.65 for another sauce. It's not fair since you're paying an arm and leg for your food but I guess each franchise has their own rules. I buy a lg French vanilla iced coffee from McDonalds in Norfolk and ask for extra syrup and cost me zero. But if I buy one from Chesapeake it costs $.60 for extra syrup and that's only ONE pump. Go figure. Hope you find your answer.
