Rally's

Employees are rude foods always cold, poor management no refunds etc have to contact district manager for any issues. 10/10 recommended any other rallys around town over this one.

They need some help. Dirty outside, very slow. The cashier at the window was a nice guy. I could hear a woman worker inside loudly complaining about her personal problems. Food came out good. I think they just need better management and more help.

I dont understand why it is so hard to get an order right. Everytime we come here we are reminded why we shouldnt. I could understand one time, but everytime we come here.

Such rude associates. I ordered through the drive through they were horrible. Made me switch lanes, yelled at me to do so. When I finally ordered they had no manners whatsoever. When I got to the window a young woman and a young man were arguing about who was going to take my payment. They couldn't figure out what I ordered. The woman finally came to the window practically snatched my money and may as well have thrown my fries at me.

The food was good but the service was so slow. It took me 25 minutes to get my order and they forgot my drink and didn't have one of the things that I paid for. I hope they are able to fix it.

Awful service and waited 15 mins and foid was cold and 2 sandwiches were wrong! Si much for new management! Awful!!

Ask for no mayo and got mayo. Asked for ketchup and didn't get ketchup. Asked for no cheese and got cheese. They made the wrong flavor of shake and fortunately the lady caught it at the register. The cashier was delightful but following instructions for this Rally's just seemed difficult.

Food was good. Cashier grabbed fries before getting our drink and was eating them. Very unsanitary.

Had ordered at 5.40pm online was made to wait in parking lot till 7.20pm to get my order. Couldnt cancel since payment was done online nor did they cancel the order in store.

Not the best I must say.

Rallys is good!!! Big buford is the best!

Love their fries. Closer to home cooked hamburgers than most fast food places.

Brain dead employees are awful. Sat now for 15 minutes in the drive through and still no order taken. Can't leave because there is no room to go around the people still in line.

Always out of items and very very rude and unprofessional staff. Terrible terrible place never Eat here!

This is a very dirty restaurant. The employees are not professional at all. There is some person that is not an employee in the restaurant and I can tell because she isn’t in an uniform.
