They had 2 employees working during a peak time, but they hustled to get my order to me as quickly as possible. My order was fresh and correct even though I waited 10 minutes.

That gentleman that waited on us last night around 10pm was the friendliest ever. The gentleman that was preparing our food they were just the best. He did is a great service and wish there were more people in the fast food service industry like him.

Out of all the times I've been there today was the only time we had a cashier who was genuinely nice, kind, and no attitude or hateful behavior. The wait was longer we did the walk up window took forever but the kindness was appreciated. The new Pina Colada drink is absolutely tasty!!!!! The size for what you pay is not appreciated on the other hand but oh well. The food was hot and tasty this time also

So, I went back since the place reopened, and the food was very good. Fries were delicous, and the baconzilla was amazing. Glad to see they're back on track.

Look, I know that fast food isn't glamorous. I've been there myself. The manager that night was doing her best to make the customers happy, but the guy preparing food clearly didn't want to be there, and he was making the food wrong. A Big Buford has two slices of cheese, my dude. 4 stars for the manager, none for the cook.
