Rally's

I eat here in Pontiac, Mi and the food is good, great deals, but here, nothing has been the same, and they don't have the same deals. But I'm enjoying the $1 strawberry ice cream cone 😆 I went back & this did not help them! I ordered 2 Big Bufords for $5 one was ONLY mayo, onion & pickle the pictures below is the mess that i was given 😠 You can't get through on the phone to complain & i did the survey and never got a reply back, but instead got a coupon that if i spend more money there for a drink, then i get a sandwich 😕 SHOULDN'T MY SANDWICHES JUST BE REPLACED!!??

They are soo ignorant there!!The slowest fast food experience you'll ever have! Along with employees that have no clue how to give good customer service,Can't even get a hot dog and fry right! Take the drive to Warren. You'll be much more pleased with your experience!

This Rally's moves at turtle speed. The last two times I've come I've had to wait for over 30 minutes for food. You're better off going anywhere else. This store clearly has management problems

Food quality was good, however almost twenty minutes in the drive-thru is a bit of a wait with only two cars ahead.
