When I called to order food before the lady on the phone said they didn't do take out, I then had my friend call a little bit later and the guy who answered instead did take the order. The lady at the bar is lazy and has the worst customer service I've ever seen, and like many buffalonians I work in the restaurant industry, we know this isn't acceptable. And when you do get them to answer the phone there is a good chance if the lady answers its likely she'll hang up.
