I'm sitting here at 10:56 they open at 10:30. When I walked in at 10:40 the guy says they are not open and not ready. I could wait 5 minutes. Well as you can see 5 minutes is now 15 still waiting. If you say your open at 10:30 you should be open and ready. It's 11:01 I'm out of here no food!

Rachel’s overall is great but this one location is not. Customer service is lacking along with cleanliness as the counters are full of food spilled all over the place. Also portion sizes and pricing are inconsistent. Go to another location if you want a good experience.
