The chocolate here is delicious, especially white. The sculpture, which is in the photo, is completely made of chocolate, it's great. But as for handmade chocolates, which, as they say, were made together with a chef with 3 Michelin stars, I was completely discouraged, they were absolutely not tasty. I am disappointed 😣

Love Rachel Dunn Chocolate. I visit once a year on or about Valentine's Day. It just happens that way, not planned. Great Carmel Apples, Carmel clusters, Carmel popcorn and more.

It was such a nice experience learning about how chocolate was made, the different blends of chocolate, and making our own chocolate candy.

Have been a fan of Rachel Dunn chocolates and their Amazing apple for a long time but finally got to come in to do one of their chocolate workshops. A group of 25 of us were brought in, given aprons hairnets. In back we were led by chocolatier, Michael Dunn through a series of dipping techniques to create an assortment of chocolates ranging from cremes to mints to caramels and more. Four of us work around a bowl of tempered chocolate along with some interesting toppings to create the masterpieces. While the chocolate sets, we try out an assortment of Rachel Dunn chocolate pieces and some cacao nibs, very cool! Overall a great experience for the full price of $55 but check GroupOn to see if they are running any special deals...
