My husband and i wanted to try something different as decided to eat here. To say the least it will be the last time we go there. The food was good fresh juicy meats but it took 20min to make our sandwiches and the sitting area was not clean . overflowing garbage tables were not washed off just not a good experience.defiantly need more than just 3 people working since they offer carry out.

If you like potbellies then you will like this one too.

Great food in a very cozy place. Love the interior, food, menu, and staff. Check for summer hours and be aware of high traffic times because this is a popular State Street location.

Fast service, good food but they’re dead and none of the tables are clean!

i liked their pulled pork sandwich. they were very generous with the meat.

Can't go wrong with Potbelly's. Their app is very convenient and makes ordering a breeze. Not to mention the perks.

The food is fine as always but the service was abysmal. Only two employees working at 2 pm, one of which had no interest in helping anybody. That left one employee running back and forth, throwing sandwiches in the oven, dressing them, and running the register. It took over ten minutes to get my food, and I was the only one in line when I walked up. The one employee running the place had to help with other customers who wanted Mac and cheese (it wasn't prepped) and with answering phones.I went back later to buy a cookie for my kids and waited 5 minutes at the counter. I left before anybody acknowledged I was even there. Service definitely needs to be improved here, and until then I can't recommend spending the time and frustration for a good sandwich.

Great food, but this location is always short staffed. It's so short staffed that they weren't able to open in time for lunch at 12:30PM one day and the wait is almost always very long since it's a one, sometimes two, person show behind the counter.

Best sandwich I've ever had that wasn't homemade. Flavorful, warm, and just all around good. The mac and cheese was even better. Cheesy goodness made even better with the (free!) addition of bacon and mushrooms. Highly recommend!
