We came to this place for lunch. my friend recommended this place. Well, it was a winning. we were warmly welcomed by the crew and we had an excellent feeling. The food was just great. We loved this restaurant very much and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

Ordered through the Chipotle app for delivery and they forgot two items I was charged for. When I called the store they said they could not process a refund and I would have to go to the Chipotle website for refund. Turns out the Chipotle Delivery is actually DoorDash. My food was also late and cold. This is the second time they have forgotten items. The DoorDash delivery guy says it is the store’s responsibility. This is the second time this has happened. Done with Chipotle app and I am done with this location.

Rarely come here. The only times I do is when I’m at the bars. The employees move so fast that they don’t give you exactly what you are asking for or they give you small portions. Feel like they don’t listen when you’re trying to order

I’m not exactly sure if there is just a problem with the Naperville locations but between this one and Naper Blvd, I WILL make the drive to go out of town back to Bolingbrook or Downers Grove. They are stingy, have NO manners what so ever, do not listen when you speak and are highly unapproachable. Get people that actually enjoy your job and not stuck up Naperville people.
