Always good, consistency is good. Folks are always friendly and bathroom is clean. We go often when in Lynchburg.

The service is always quick and friendly. Food is always excellent. As an anecdote, on my most recent visit, one of the workers asked for clarification on my order: "I remember from a long time ago" (probably 6 months) "that your kids prefer their subs cold. Do you want them cold this time?" Way above and beyond. :)

Awesome! Delicious subs. They are served hot. They have a great system going......1 takes your order, others fix it, another brings it to your table. They are very tasty subs. The bread is soft...I hate hard bread that cuts your mouth when you eat it! The atmosphere is nice, decorated with fire house memorabilia. They have bathrooms. There are tables outside of you want to sit there. They have small, medium, and large subs. The small is 4", the medium is 8". You should give it a try!

I go in here very often with my wife and I’ve always had good service. But today was a little different. The Young Lady working the cash register was very sweet to me and my wife and helped her learn our to work our firehouse app ! I believe she said her name was Jasmine. I hope they keep this young lady around because she was such a big help and went above and beyond her job description to make sure our visit was good !

Ordered a simple turkey sub with lettuce, onions and mayonnaise..they brought it to my table..the only thing correct was that it had turkey on it! The only other thing on it was tomato..which I never said I wanted on it..and no lettuce, no onions, no mayonnaise..just a DRY bun! And when I took it back and said it wasn't even close to what I ordered, the girl that made it had the nerve to say "sorry, it's been a long day"..it wasn't even 4 pm! Seriously?? Its not rocket science, it's a lunch meat sandwich for heavens sake! I'll never go there again..their manager needs to address this girl and her lame excuses for her mistakes.

The food was, and is always, outstanding! The service was great too. I love the setting and the price, while a bit more expensive than some of the other sub shops, is worth it. The quality of the food is better than Subway and the taste is clean. I would definitely return again and again.

I was welcomed immediately upon entering the establishment, loved that!! My club on a sub was so good and the atmosphere was fantastic. The staff even asked if my food was good. Wowed by the service and food!
