I went to this place for sweet hunting today.Was recommended by a Japanese friend of mine.Unsatisfied, this place is famous for its puff pastry tarts, however the tarts are below average than other desert shops I been to. Perhaps because it has multi stores and therefore the tarts are not fresh enough.The cream part isn't bad, but the tart is not crispy.Maybe because it had set in refrigerator for a few days and the moisture from air permeated in. Cake for special occasions. Different from sugary frosting cakes- delicate and less sweet compared to that. Undoubtedly one of the top cake places in Japan. I've always done take-out as it's much faster and cheaper than having tea there. It's busy. Seasonal fruits and beautiful decorations and always so many choices. Popular with locals.Popular as gifts, especially for ladies. Well known good quality cake brand. A bit expensive but branded well and the fruit tarts are a must- try!

Green tea galore. Go for the parfaits. No English menu but the pictures are self explanatory.

The place in Tokyo when you want to eat some cake. Quite pricy for one piece 600 to 900 yens but fruits are delicious.

Typically the wait here is *very* long - probably averages 2 hours on the weekend. The desserts are very good and they do a good job with their teas. Needless to say, the service is top-notch.

I went eat-in. I made a mistake at first and entered the takeout shop. The store clerk can explain the product as it is, but he doesn't seem to have much love. But even the cafe went out and guided me.It was a rainy and cold day, but the store was also cold. I don't have a photo, but I ordered a strawberry tart and cafe au lait only at the Ginza store. They were around 1200 yen and 500 yen, respectively. Drinks are also expensive. I wish I had a set. The lunch was weekday lunch and the inside was rattled. This clerk also has a small voice and is not so amiable.The tarts were delicious! The blackberries were juicy and sweet, and the jam was delicious. But is cospa bad? The piece is neither big nor small, but it doesn't have the height like the La Maison tart, so it looks and tastes small. It's close to 2000 yen in total.I also want to visit the Aoyama store next time.
